Biography
Dr Denis Moir graduated from the University of Sydney and trained in pathology at St Vincent's Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children and St George Hospital. He subsequently held the position of Staff Specialist in Histopathology at both St Vincent's and Sydney Hospitals. Dr Moir joined the Feain, Lynch, McDonald, Roche practice in 1982, becoming Managing Director of the practice when it became Hanly Moir Pathology in 1987. Dr Moir is a former Deputy Editor of Pathology, the journal of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, and is a former President of the Australasian division of the International Academy of Pathology.
