Biography

Dr Tina Baillie graduated from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, and then moved to Auckland, New Zealand, where she specialised in histopathology and cytopathology. Upon attaining her Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2001, she worked as Staff Specialist at Auckland Hospital for five years. After Dr Baillie and her family relocated to Sydney, she joined Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology, in October 2006. She has a wide range of interests, including pulmonary, head and neck pathology and endocrine pathology and is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Medicine, University of Notre Dame.
