Dr Tina Baillie graduated from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and then moved to Auckland, New Zealand, where she specialised in histopathology and cytopathology. After attaining her Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2001, she worked as Staff Specialist at Auckland Hospital for five years. After Dr Baillie and her family relocated to Sydney, she joined Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology in October 2006. She has a wide range of interests including gastrointestinal pathology and is currently Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Medicine, University of Notre Dame.
