Dr Jonathan Blackwell is a graduate of the University of Sydney. He trained in both clinical and laboratory haematology at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Subsequently, he was Senior Registrar in the Leukaemia Unit, Hammersmith Hospital, London. Dr Blackwell joined Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology in 1996 as a consultant haematologist. He also conducts a clinical practice at The Mater Hospital, North Sydney. Dr Blackwell’s special areas of interest are malignant haematology, coagulation and blood transfusion
